General Questions

-How do I clean my furniture ?
All cushion covers are removable and are machine washable, on a low wash. The furniture can be washed down with water. It is advised not to use any heavy chemicals to wash the furniture to avoid discolouration.
-Can I come in on a Sunday ?
Yes. Please call the office on 02039288525 and we can arrange a time with you.
-What do I need to do if something is wrong with my delivery ?
When you receive your delivery or open your product please email over to info@absoluterattan with any pictures and the issue you have and someone from the sales team will call to you arrange a solution.
-How can I pay for my order ?
The showroom accept all major credit cards and cash.
-Can you delivery, if so what is the cost and when will delivery be ?
Yes we can delivery your items for you. When you place the order we will let you know what the delivery costs are and we will also book in a delivery date with you.
-What happens if no one is in for delivery ?
If we turn up and no one is there to accept delivery the item will be brought back to our showroom. We will then contact you to try and arrange another day. If this isn’t possible we will run through all options we have.
-Can I cancel my order ?
Please email over to and we can go through your options for cancelling your order.

- Ive had my item delivered however have changed my mind. Can i return and get a refund?
If your goods have not been custom made to your specification or you have not examined the product in one of our showrooms before purchase, you have the right to cancel your order from the time you place your order up to 14 days from the date of delivery. Just notify us of your wish to cancel by email to with the subject line: Cancellation.

If you wish to return the goods to us after delivery has been made, it is your responsibility to return the items to our central delivery point at our head office address in a good saleable condition and your own cost, no later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your cancellation. If you are unable to arrange a courier to collect the item/s please let us know and we can arrange the collection for the return and deduct the cost from the amount refunded. Once the goods have been delivered to your delivery address you are responsible for the items and subsequently any losses and/or damage to the items. A deduction will/may be made if the value of the goods has been reduce, for example as a result of you handling the goods (except when it is/was necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods), assembling the goods, using the goods, and/or damage caused during return transit by you or a third party, or as a consequence of inadequate re-packaging.
